About Us

The Criminal Justice Club provides students with educational and networking opportunities. We seek to enhance student's knowledge of careers in criminal justice, including but not limited to law enforcement, courts, corrections, victim services, forensics, etc. The club is free and open to all majors.

We host speaker presentations, field trips, and other campus events throughout the year. Our most recent field trips include the Carlisle Police Department, the Pennsylvania State Police Headquarters, and the Franklin County Prison.

Guest speakers are coordinated based on member interest. In recent years, speakers have included law enforcement professionals, forensics experts, active military, judges, and correctional staff.  Speakers share information about potential careers students can pursue, tips for success, and more.

Each semester, the club assists the CRJ Department during Advising Blitz Days, which gives members a unique opportunity to network with other students and with the career recruiters attending this event.
