I believe free education is the right of every individual

I believe the future depends upon mutual understanding and cooperation of business, industry, labor, and the home, the church, and the school, and by the peoples if our own and other lands. I agree to do my utmost to bring about better understanding and cooperation on the part of all these groups.

I believe every individual should prepare for a useful occupation, and should carry on that occupation in a manner that will bring the greatest good to the greatest number.

I believe every individual should be actively interested in better social, political, community, and family life.

I believe every individual has the right to earn a living at a useful occupation and that this right should not be denied because of race, color, creed, sex, or handicap.

I believe every individual should take responsibility for carrying out assigned tasks in a manner that will reflect credit to oneself, one's associate's school, and community.

I believe that I have the responsibility to work efficiently and to think clearly, and I promise myself to use these abilities to make the world a better place for everyone.
