The following is the list of criteria for SGA members to receive a graduation stole and annual recognition plaque:
- Student must have served a complete year (2 semesters) in SGA to be eligible for a stole.
- Student must request a stole.
- If the student served in multiple roles, they will receive the stole for the position in which they served 2 semesters.
- If a student served in multiple roles for at least 2 semesters per role, they will have their choice as to which stole they want to receive.
- Not every serving member will receive a plaque. Members not meeting the minimum requirements will just receive a paper certificate.
- Notification to receive a graduation stole must be received by the SGA Administrative Assistant no later than February 17, 2023.
